Sapphire & Diamond Three Stone Crossover Ring in 18ct Gold - Secondhand

A three stone round faceted sapphire and old brilliant cut diamond crossover ring in 18ct gold. The stones are each eight claw set between the crossover shoulders which leads to the plain D-shape shank.

Diamonds 1 @ 3.80 x 3.70 x 2.60mm, weighing 0.23ct
