A seventeen stone oval faceted sapphire and modern brilliant cut diamond cluster ring in 18ct yellow gold.  The sapphire is raised yellow gold claw set with a diamond border white gold claw set.  This leads to the split Fleur De Lys style shoulders and plain D-shape shank all in yellow gold.
