Elgin Railroad Pocket Watch Circa 1911 - Secondhand

An Elgin "Railroad" Pocket Watch with a gold filled case.  The pocket watch has a Montgomery dial with minute markers around the outer edge and 24 hour markers in the central dial. There is also a subsidiary seconds dial.  The watch has a Tamper Proof time adjustment so the front has be unscrerwed to change the time. The watch has an Art Nouveau design back. Circa 1911

Father Time movement No. 15,540,471, Safety barrel, 21 Jewels, Adjusted to 5 positions.
